iRoute Systems
iRoute is a combination of a communication network linking the central computer with a factory floor either via ethernet terminals or directly by ethernet to the individual machines.

The objectives are:
  • Provide an efficient two-way exchange of data to enable maximum efficiency of working.
  • Deliver to NC machines the correct programs quickly and accurately.
  • Add local automation where coordination with production is necessary.
  • Enable the workers to follow production progress and react to problems quickly.
  • Generate management data concerning production schedules and quality.
  • Provide comprehensive interfacing with higher level management systems.
